Dr Lauren Johnson MBBS, FRACGP.
After completing my medical degree at UWA I trained at SCGH and Joondalup Health Campus, including a year of critical care. I completed my general practice training in Melbourne and was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practice in 2014.
Having my own young family and experiencing the joys and challenges of parenthood, has made me a passionate advocate for the wellbeing of children and their families. I am passionate about health promotion and I have been involved in presentations to the local community as well as being an expert on Parent TV.
I enjoy all aspects of general practice and the continuity of care that it brings.
My areas of special interest include paediatrics, pregnancy and postnatal care, breastfeeding support, mental wellbeing and disease prevention through lifestyle changes.
When I’m not working I enjoy spending time with my children, going to the beach, being in the great outdoors and practicing yoga.
